Time to change order information
Customers have 24 hours to give any new updates to the order from changing the size, quantity, color, shipping address, or request to cancel the order.
After 24 hours, we cannot accept the above requirements because the order has gone into production. Hope customers can understand and make the best decision!
How long is my order production time?
All most items are custom made and require a production time of 5 – 7 days, 7-10 day with shoes.
How much does shipping cost?
When shipping a package to the USPS, you can choose to have it shipped via standard delivery, express shipping or priority shipping. The cost of each type of delivery is explained on the following chart:
Shipping costs can add up very quickly, so it’s best to start with a bare minimum. USPS requires you to include an address for the product in your shipping label. It does not allow you to include an address for the shipper (Amazon, your baby’s mother, whoever), but it does allow you to include both addresses (the shipper’s address and your recipient’s address). It is strongly suggested that you ship the package via USPS.com with USPS tracking numbers, as they are more accurate.

Shipping by USPS
Shipping time approval: 7 – 9 days from the day of dispatch.
As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 3 – 4 weeks From the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world.
We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable.
Shipping by FedEx
Shipping time approval: 5 – 8 days from the day of dispatch.
Surely you are no stranger to the FedEx shipping unit. But we do not recommend customers to use this ship because the price is quite high. If customers want to receive their order immediately, they can use FedEx unit and contact us because the shipping fee for this delivery unit is not $4.95.
How will I know when my order will be shipped?
All customer orders will have a unique tracking code, which we will send to you after starting your order production.
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
Yes. You can ship orders to multiple addresses at the same time. You may want to weigh the benefits and drawbacks of this option carefully.
Can I change the address of a shipped order?
No, unless you specifically request a change, the address listed in your order is the address that is used by the shipper to deliver your order.
Can I ship to different states?
Yes, you can ship to other states for your customers. In many cases, you can ship to both a domestic and a destination address. However, for domestic orders, you will have to make a “vending machine” rule for your shipping addresses. To make this rule, choose the “vending machine” option on the shipping information page of your Etsy store page.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
